Is there a set time limit for completing courses?

Do I have to complete a full course, or can I come and just complete certain points within the course?
Is there a set time limit for completing courses?
No there is no set time limit. We will give you a guide on how long we think the course shall take, and usually this is correct, but should somebody need extra time to complete the course then this is what happens, and at no extra cost!
How far in advance to do I have to book?
Raines Training Centre prides itself on its ability to provide courses very quickly after the initial enquiry. Usually courses can begin within 1 week of the initial booking.
Does it cost any thing to come in a speak to a trainer?
No, nothing at all. We always suggest that the candidates come in to speak to one of our trainers first, so that they can meet in person and also see the facilities themselves. This is all on a no obligation basis. During the chat the trainers will ascertain what is needed and then advice the candidate the best course of action.
Are there set times that I have to come in and complete my course?
We try to be flexible as to when people can come in and complete their courses, especially those that do not require one of the trainers to be with the candidate constantly. However all training must be completed with Raines Training Centre office hours of 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. Unfortunately we are not open on weekends.
Is there a certificate to prove I have completed the course?
Yes. All courses carry certificates. These will be produced upon successful completion of the relevant tests or exams at the end of the course.
How can I pay?
There are various methods in which you can pay. These include Visa, Switch, Master Card, Electron, Delta and Eurocard, Cash and Cheque.
Do I have to complete a full course, or can I come and just complete certain points within the course?
It is advised that you complete the entire course that you take on. We can't force anyone to come in and complete their courses but we feel it is in their best interests to do so. If someone feels that they do not need to cover all of the aspects then this can be discussed before the commencement of the course and then the course itself can be re-structured to suit.
