We aim to provide a safe, secure user experience and will use our best endeavours to ensure that the information you submit remains private and is only used for such purposes as stated below. You are reminded that personal information via email over the internet may not be secure and can be intercepted by third parties or incorrectly delivered.Information you provide by the completion of forms and or email for enquires about the products and services provided by Raines Training & Recruitment and Raines Business Centre are entered on the Training, Recruitment and Business Centre databases and used for the purposes on contacting you.

Raines Training - All enquiry and course information is entered on the Training Database

Raines Recruitment - CV’s The nature of the business of Raines Recruitment & Training is to be able to seek to find potential employment for those who apply to specific vacancies listed on the web site or as a general enquiry.The CV received will be entered on our database, which on occasions may be summarised. We may add to the information obtained from your CV with written or verbal information taken directly from you. The only information added will be that which is considered necessary or helpful and is intended to assist in the recruitment process. Your CV will not be submitted to prospective clients without your consent. However an abridged version without your name, full address, contact details and previous employers’ names may be submitted to our clients. We understand that if you have a rare skill, it may be possible to identify you even without the identifying information mentioned above. If you do not want us to send profiles out to prospective clients, please contact us at recruit@raines-online.co.uk.Once Raines have been given the authority to submit a full CV, Raines Recruitment & Training cannot be held responsible for its retention, use or privacy.

Information provided

We may share aggregate information with our long-term business clients for the purpose of understanding of how visitors use the site and developing our business. We may also use third party providers and researchers for the purpose of finding vacancies for you. Should you object to any individual transfer being made please contact recruit@raines-online.co.uk.

Raines Business Centre records all enquiry information for the purpose of contacting you. It is retained for a period of 2 years

Logging user traffic

In order to understand how our web site is being used we may analyse trend, track user’s movements, gather demographic information and other information for aggregate use. This is done by using PI addresses.Correcting/updating personal information detailsIf your CV or other personal information details change we ask that you inform us as soon as possible by email recruit@raines-online.co.uk. We will contact you after 3 months to determine your present situation and will ask if you require us to continue to work on your behalf. If you no longer desire our services please contact us via email at recruit@raines-online.co.uk.

Archiving

All candidate information and business centre information is archived after 2 years. However if you want your personal data to removed from the Raines Training and Recruitment databases and or Raines Business Centre database, you should contact us via email at leaner@raines-online.co.uk for training, recruit@raines-online.co.uk for recruitment and for the business centre admin@raines-online.co.uk.

Amendment of Privacy Statement

Raines Training, Raines Recruitment and Raines Business Centre may add to or change the above from time to time. You are deemed to have accepted changed or additions when you access the website following any such change or addition.
